Aquesta mol\u00e8stia apareix quan els tendons de l\u2019avantbra\u00e7 s\u2019irriten o es debiliten a causa de moviments repetitius, postures incorrectes o una gesti\u00f3 inadequada de les c\u00e0rregues.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"537\" data-end=\"683\">Tot i que pot afectar qualsevol persona, \u00e9s especialment habitual en qui utilitza molt les mans i els bra\u00e7os durant el dia. Alguns exemples s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"685\" data-end=\"1088\">\n<li data-start=\"685\" data-end=\"756\">\n<p data-start=\"687\" data-end=\"756\">Persones que passen moltes hores treballant amb ordinador o ratol\u00ed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"757\" data-end=\"797\">\n<p data-start=\"759\" data-end=\"797\">Perruqueres, esteticistes i barbers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"798\" data-end=\"833\">\n<p data-start=\"800\" data-end=\"833\">Cuiners, pastissers i cambrers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"834\" data-end=\"906\">\n<p data-start=\"836\" data-end=\"906\">Treballadors de la neteja o que fan tasques dom\u00e8stiques repetitives.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"907\" data-end=\"952\">\n<p data-start=\"909\" data-end=\"952\">Mec\u00e0nics, lampistes, fusters o jardiners.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"953\" data-end=\"1028\">\n<p data-start=\"955\" data-end=\"1028\">Professionals de la salut, com fisioterapeutes, infermeres o dentistes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1029\" data-end=\"1088\">\n<p data-start=\"1031\" data-end=\"1088\">Pares i mares que carreguen infants de manera habitual.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1090\" data-end=\"1336\">En molts casos, el dolor no sorgeix per un gest concret, sin\u00f3 despr\u00e9s de setmanes o mesos de tensi\u00f3 acumulada.
