I quan li pregunto des de<br \/>\nquan li fa mal, la resposta \u00e9s quasi sempre la mateixa:<br \/>\n<strong>\u201cFa mesos\u2026 per\u00f2 pensava que em passaria.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">I ho entenc.<strong> Tots ho hem fet alguna vegada<\/strong>. Apareix una petita mol\u00e8stia i penses:<br \/>\n\u201cNo \u00e9s res, ja passar\u00e0.\u201d Segueixes amb la teva rutina, fent vida normal, aguantant el<br \/>\ndolor. Per\u00f2 amb el temps, aquella petita mol\u00e8stia<strong> es converteix en un problema<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>que et limita cada dia m\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Aix\u00f2 no nom\u00e9s passa amb l\u2019espatlla.<strong> Tamb\u00e9 ho veiem cada dia amb genolls,<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>malucs, turmells, lumbars, cervicals\u2026<\/strong> \u00c9s un patr\u00f3 que es repeteix en moltes<br \/>\narticulacions del cos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Amb els anys, he apr\u00e8s que <strong>com abans actu\u00efs, abans recuperes la teva qualitat<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>de vida.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>El cicle que es repeteix<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Fem unes sessions de tractament. Durant uns dies, la persona segueix els exercicis<br \/>\nrecomanats perqu\u00e8 encara nota dolor. <strong>Per\u00f2 quan millora, deixa de fer-los.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<strong>Ja no recorda que havia tingut dolor.<\/strong> Torna a fer vida normal, sense mantenir la<br \/>\nrutina d\u2019exercicis ni cuidar l\u2019articulaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">I qu\u00e8 passa? <strong>Que al cap d\u2019un temps, el dolor torna.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00c9s aqu\u00ed, despr\u00e9s de passar per aquest cicle unes quantes vegades, quan arriba el<br \/>\n<strong>punt d\u2019inflexi\u00f3<\/strong>. \u00c9s el moment en qu\u00e8 la persona diu:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>\u201cJa n\u2019hi ha prou. Ara ho vull fer b\u00e9.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Aquest \u00e9s el canvi real.<strong> El moment en qu\u00e8 deixes de buscar solucions r\u00e0pides i<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>decideixes solucionar el problema des de l\u2019arrel.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Com es fa un bon tractament?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Aquesta vegada, el proc\u00e9s ha de ser diferent.<strong> No es tracta nom\u00e9s de treure el<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>dolor, sin\u00f3 de reajustar l\u2019espatlla perqu\u00e8 torni a funcionar correctament i evitar<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>recaigudes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li><strong>Primer, cal estabilitzar l\u2019espatlla<\/strong>. Si aquests m\u00fasculs no<br \/>\nfuncionen correctament, l\u2019espatlla es descompensa i apareixen les lesions.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0<strong>Despr\u00e9s, es pot comen\u00e7ar a treballar amb peses, gomes i exercicis<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>funcionals<\/strong>. Per\u00f2 no abans! Si no hi ha una bona base d\u2019estabilitat, la for\u00e7a nom\u00e9s<br \/>\naccentuar\u00e0 els desequilibris i far\u00e0 que el dolor torni.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Quan segueixes aquest proc\u00e9s, <strong>el resultat \u00e9s completament diferent<\/strong>. No nom\u00e9s<br \/>\ndesapareix el dolor, sin\u00f3 que l\u2019articulaci\u00f3 torna a estar estable, forta i equilibrada. <strong>I<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>aix\u00ed evites recaigudes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>El teu cos et parla.
