amb bon suport que mantingui el peu ben subjectat<\/li>\n<li>Limita l\u2019\u00fas de les xancletes nom\u00e9s per a trajectes curts<\/li>\n<li>Evita el sobrep\u00e8s<\/li>\n<li>Fes estiraments diaris de bessons, soli i la planta del peu<\/li>\n<li>Si comences a experimentar dolor aplica fred a la zona afectada per reduir la inflamaci\u00f3, realitza massatges suaus a la planta del peu amb una
